You came to us one Fall day
A while ago and from far away

You looked around and shook your head
We'll need work you said

You taught us things, there's no debate
From COSO,, to COCO, to Mario's template

From haunted houses to pumpkin flinging
Lunch at the Hilton or lunch at the Sterling

Fane, Kaplan, Norton, and Hope
Provided the models to help us cope

But even then, we found it hard
Until you showed us, the corporate scorecard

We eventually adapted to emails in batches
And how you linked everything to your tennis matches

We learned to appreciate your unique charm
Including your fascination with Saunder's Farm

Although we are sad to say good-bye
I hope you know you are really a great guy

Wishing you return to us in the future
To show us how to be a leader
